Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MoneyMittar.
The service
MoneyMittar helps you record and review your own income, spending, budgets and savings. It is provided free of charge, "as is", and may change, be interrupted or end at any time. We'll try to give notice of major changes.
Not financial advice
Figures, projections and suggestions in the app (such as "safe to spend" or suggested budgets) are calculated from what you enter and are for your information only. They are not financial, tax or investment advice. Check important numbers yourself.
Your account
- Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You own the information you enter. You can export or delete it at any time (see the privacy policy).
- Keep your own backups (Settings → Download backup). We work to keep data safe but can't guarantee it will never be lost.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its security, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
